Recipes: Spice-rubbed Chicken Wings
Chicken wings are the ultimate party food. They show up at fancy dinner parties and casual football parties, and everyone seems to love them. This super easy spice-rubbed version, which is delicious with everything from buffalo sauce to hoisin sauce and everything in between, may just become your go-to favorite. When you shop for fresh chicken wings at the grocery store, choose the largest, fattest wings, especially if you plan to serve them as a main dish. Plan on at least five to six wings per person; running out of chicken wings is never a good idea.
