The new rear-wheel drive platform and available intelligent four-wheel drive give the 2023 Ford Explorer improved handling and towing. Thanks to the available all-new Terrain Management System, drivers can choose up to seven selectable drive modes including normal, trail, deep snow/sand, slippery, sport, tow/haul, and eco mode.
