Dodge’s Hellcat will be using all four paws in 2017!

Jeep CEO Mike Manley confirmed at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show that Jeep will bring a Hellcat-powered Grand Cherokee SRT to market by the end of 2017.

In 2014, Jeep registered a trademark for the name "Trackhawk," which was thought to mean a Hellcat-powered Grand Cherokee SRT was on the way. The Grand Cherokee SRT is one of the most popular SRT models, so a Hellcat version would make sense.

Jeep also confirmed a Hellcat Grand Cherokee SRT model will do 0-60 mph in 3.5 seconds, making it faster than a BMW X5M!

That's all there is to go on for now, but that's enough to get the SRT Grand Cherokee followers excited enough so they can start saving their money for this crazy all-wheel drive cat!. It will be something to see the monster Hellcat engine fitted under the hood the Grand Cherokee’s hood and it will definitely make for some interesting test drives and off-road adventures.
