Real World Performance

Both trim levels of the 2024 Nissan LEAF feature 121 MPGe city, and that figure drops to 98 MPGe for highway driving, which is different from traditional internal combustion engine vehicles where higher MPG is generally achieved during highway driving. The 16” steel wheels on the LEAF S and the 17” aluminum-alloy wheels on the LEAF SV Plus, along with the low rolling resistance all-season tires, help the LEAF maintain high efficiency.

Drivers new to the electric vehicle experience will enjoy learning the regenerative braking system that charges the battery whenever the driver presses the brake.
