Did you know Ali likes to watch “how to” videos on random things just because, “I love to learn”?

Ali joined Mills in September 2014 as a part-time receptionist. A few months later, she tried her hand at sales but then moved back to the receptionist desk in 2015 in a full-time role. Her “dream job” growing up was to be a National Geographic photographer. She studied photography and cosmetology in college, and even now she works part-time at Great Clips.

Besides watching videos, Ali enjoys car rides and DIY projects. Her “dream vehicle” is a retro VW bus renovated as a camper or a MAX’d out SUV. Ali is passionate about travel, family, pets, and Fiestaware.

Who has inspired you?

“My Dad is the hardest working person I know,” Ali said. “He never asks anyone for anything. He appreciates what he has but is always ready to help others. He is genuine, honest, diligent and enthusiastic every day.” Ali's mom has been there, too. “She has never done anything with the trend,” Ali said. “She isn’t afraid to stand out or be different. She has true passion when she is involved with something.”

Ali loves her work and her “work family.” “I love the leadership, direction and support everyone has and shows others,” she said.
