You’ve probably noticed an increase in folks walking around with their phones out recently, due to the release of the monstrously popular new game Pokémon™ GO (pun intended). The game gives players the chance to be the very best by catching Pokémon at real-life hotspots around town. Walking around may be the simpler (and healthier) option, but for the most enthusiastic players, having a hoaloha drive you around to the hottest Poké-stops is a must.

The team at CNET’s Road/Show took the opportunity to pit the 2016 Mazda3 and the 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe against each other to see which was the more effective choice for would-be Pokémon trainers. Each vehicle was commandeered by a two-person team, with one driving and following all road laws while the other played the game.

You can see the results for yourself in the video below, which showcases the fun driving experience and versatility of the Mazda3 (available now at Cutter Automotive Galleries). As a reminder, always be safe when playing Pokémon™ GO and never play while driving solo. Now get out there and catch ‘em all!
